Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded immediately after the race to the top three in both male and female categories. These are divided into four age categories as outlined below.
Each athlete will receive a chip timer at registration and will record your final ranking in the race. The chip must be returned to staff after the race finishes.
The time limit for the 5km race is 45 minutes.
