Inflight Productions and its associated companies, support the ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital's sight-saving mission

IFP, 28design, DTI, Emphasis, EIM, The Lab.Aero, Atlas Air and Fairdeal announce a donation to the APEX charity of the year, ORBIS International.

Last year Inflight Productions, a member of this group of companies under common corporate ownership, made a donation to ORBIS in the UK and the group continue their support in 2011. Where as in the past branded promotional gift items would have been offered at the APEX Expo, this year the group has opted to use the funds to support the build of ORBIS’s next Flying Eye Hospital.

Leigh Mantle, Chief Operating Officer at Inflight Productions, on behalf of the group, says “We have taken this decision because the group fully supports the important work that ORBIS undertakes and we recognise that the value of this donation in helping to provide eye care services worldwide far exceeds the worth of giving promotional gifts at this year’s APEX.”

“We are thrilled that our sight-saving work onboard our Flying Eye Hospital has been embraced by the APEX community. IFP, 28design DTI, Emphasis, EIM, The Lab.Aero, Fairdeal and Atlas Air have turned their presence at the APEX Expo in Seattle into a fundraising opportunity and their donation will help restore sight and train eye care teams in developing countries” said Karen Jaques from ORBIS.
